- Paid plans are billed according to the plan selected during checkout. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension of your access. If we suspect fraudulent activity, we may disable your account and work with payment processors to investigate.
- We try to keep Photo Enhancer available 24/7, but scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages may occur.
- You acknowledge that results may vary depending on the quality of the original upload. We do not guarantee a specific level of improvement.

- Photo Enhancer is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Photo Enhancer and its owners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost data or lost business opportunities.
- Our total liability to you for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

- Infringement of any third-party rights caused by content you upload or actions you take.
